Lawson’s Croft, Nottingham, Notts

Status: Planning
Description: A replacement dwelling on a spectacular site.
The brief was to design a house which provided an inspirational and spacious family dwelling which takes full advantage of the spectacular views eastward over the existing orchard and down the valley. We have worked very closely with the Client, and the local Planning Authority to develop the design. The house is laid out over three levels which picks up on the sloping nature of the site this gives a private outdoor space to the east that is sheltered from the road noise.
A palette of materials have been carefully chosen to work with each other in terms of scale, textures and colours these will in time blend into the site.
